10am-4pm at The Hold
Suffolk Archives mark Halloween, also known as Samhain, with a day of workshops, activities and talks for adults and families.
The day starts with an opening ritual led by Mugwort and Mistletoe of Ipswich where you’ll acknowledge the end of the harvest, the descent into winter and remember your ancestors.
Throughout the day there will be a Tarot, Symbols and Storytelling workshop, one-to-one Tarot Taster Sessions, one-to-one Wellbeing Taster Sessions, one-to-one Bone Reading Sessions, a Plant Lore Family Workshop, a Cinema Club screening of Hocus Pocus, and Straw Plaiting for Samhain workshop.
