Holywells Park is situated just north of the Ipswich waterfront area, and has 67 acres of grounds. The park offers water play facilities in the summertime only, a bowling green, and a state of the art children’s play area. Holywells Park opened to the public in 1936 and has been awarded 8 successive Green Flags. The former mansion was demolished but a Grade II listed Orangery from the late 19th century still exists for all to see.
