10am to 12pm at Christchurch Park
Choose to run, walk or jog a 1k or 5K route around Christchurch Park and be met by Colour Bandits along the way to cover you in brightly coloured powder at various intervals. As you cross the finish line in a rainbow of colour, you will receive a celebratory sustainable finisher’s medal and snacks.
A free white t-shirt and sunglasses will be given to you at the start line. The run is for all the family as the coloured powder is child-safe and environmentally friendly. Furry family members however will need to sit this one out as dogs are not permitted at this event.
This is a charity fundraising event, organised by the Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity.

Plus there is free entry for ESNEFT staff, ESNEFT students, ESNEFT volunteers and OCS Staff who register before Sunday 28 July 2024.
The Entry Fee includes: A Free t-shirt for those age 5 and over, free sunglasses, a personal colour pouch for the Start Line Colour Extravaganza, Finish Line snacks and a bespoke finisher’s medal.
