Join us for a night of historical Halloween horror. Meet Nehemiah Bacon a Resurrectionist (or better known as a grave robber) and discover how he benefits medicine and maybe he will disclose the sleazier side of this trade!
Then meet author Eve Bacon, as she tells tales of Britain’s baby farmers. Learn the sad fate of some illegitimate babies in Victorian and early 20th Century Britain and find out a Victorian’s journey from the cradle… to the grave!
You will receive a welcome drink upon arrival and there will be a bar available all evening serving a selection of drinks to purchase.
Please not this event is strictly 18+ and ID will be required. Please be aware that this event comes with a trigger warning. There will be discussions of surgery, death and child exploitation.
For those that are interested, we will be running attic tours at the end of the evening. This is an optional extra included in your ticket. Please be aware that due to space in the attics you may have to wait for your turn.
Tickets are £30 per person and include a welcome drink upon arrival.
