This Suffolk Archives’ online course runs from 25 September to 30 October.
It’ll be led by experienced local historian and author Stephen Jeffery-Poulter. Using his experience of unearthing material about the owners and residents of his 17th Century cottage, he’ll outline various research procedures, online resources and historic documents at The Hold in Ipswich – home to Suffolk Archives, which are involved when investigating any period property.
Attendees are encouraged to set out on their own journey of historical discovery. Please note this online event is a six-part series and individual event bookings are not available.
