Chantry Park is a 50 hectare park on the western outskirts of the town centre. It has been a public park since 1928, and within the grounds sits a 17th Century country house.

Chantry Park is a 50 hectare park on the western outskirts of the town centre. It has been a public park since 1928, and within the grounds sits a 17th Century country house. The park features some grass tennis courts and hosts a number of local cricket matches and the weekly Ipswich Park Runs. During the Summer months, Chantry park is home to a number of large open-air concerts including East Coast Live and McBusted.
