What happens during the perimenopause and menopause transition and why you may be experiencing many changes. Nourish offers simple, realistic nutrition principles to help support your body through perimenopause and menopause. Release by enjoying an introduction to nervous system regulation and EFT, with practical tools you can use in everyday life. Then connect, making time for questions, conversation and sharing experiences in a supportive space.
