River Church

A modern church for Ipswich, celebrating life.

A new Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB) church in Ipswich town centre, with a vision and passion for reaching out to students, young adults, families, and those who are curious about the power of connection and worship.

Founded by Church Leaders Amy and Matt Key, River Church holds Sunday Services, community outreach, an Alpha program, and regular events for kids, students, prayer, and worship.

Sunday Services

THE FOUR - a special service curated for kids. Doors open at 3:45pm for snacks and the service starts at 4pm with singing, dancing, games, worship, and stories.

THE SIX- doors open at 5:30pm for coffee and snacks before the service begins at 6pm with inspiring talks, amazing worship music, and space to encounter God and connect with like-minded people.

Venue Hire

River Church is a spectacular venue for events, conferences, and meetings; with a 150 seat Auditorium along with smaller meeting spaces ideal for breakout rooms or smaller events. River Coffee

River Church's very own coffee house, serving fresh coffee and cake Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm. Whether you're looking for a modern airy space to catchup with a mate, a cosy corner to read a book, or a place to get some important work or study done, River Coffee are ready to welcome you with caffeine and treats.

Every Thursday, River Coffee transforms into the church's Baby Love group, where from 10am to midday the church becomes an indoor wonderland with a soft play area, toys, games, and books available for parents and children to use free of charge.
