Online Pilates Classes

Join Kirsty from Body Care Plus for online pilates class!

If you are looking for a low impact, gentle approach to exercise which focuses on improving posture, developing a stronger core and promoting a sense of calm and relaxation; why not give Pilates a go? 

Pilates is a low-impact approach to exercise which is similar however with a greater focus on developing muscle strength, stability and posture; making it great for people of all ages and abilities.

No previous experience or equipment necessary, just make sure you have enough room to stretch those arms and legs!

How to book

Visit the Body Care Plus 'TeamUp' page and book the classes you join to join. 

Once you've booked your place, Kirsty will send you a Zoom link to watch the class on your computer, tablet or mobile. You will see and hear Kirsty however you can choose whether she sees or hears you.

Weekly Classes 

  • Monday & Wednesday: 6pm
  • Friday: 1pm
  • Saturday: 9am

Each class is approx. one hour long and you can join just one class a week or as many as you wish.
