Located just beyond the southern outskirts of Ipswich, Jimmy's Farm & Wildlife Park is home to a wonderful selection of animals from birds and butterflies to pigs and peacocks, rabbits and reindeer to camels, crocodiles and capybara. The Farm is also home to a number of rare breeds including the famous Suffolk Punch.
Jimmy's Farm & Wildlife Park is the life's work of farmer, conservationist and TV presenter Jimmy Doherty; who saved the derelict farm and transformed it into a haven for British rare breed animals.
Whether you’re wanting a coffee to sip in the woodlands, an ice cream to cool down with or lunch to fuel your day, Jimmy's Farm have it all covered on your trip the Farm & Wildlife Park. Visit The Barn Restaurant & Coffee House or the Hair of the Hog woodland pub.
The Farm Shop is open seven days a week offering the best of Suffolk with a range of groceries, along with carefully selected beers and wines, and of course some gifts and souvenirs to take away and remember your day out.
The Farm Shop is within a 17th century barn, which was once one of the oldest thatched barns in Suffolk (before a new roof had to be added).
