11am to 2pm at Holywells Park
It is time to celebrate the Great British apple in Ipswich!
The Friends of Holywells Park are hosting apple day in the orchard at the Ipswich park again, from 11am to 2pm on Saturday 12 October 2024.
The family event will include children’s story telling and activities as well as apple juice tasting, apple fritters, soups and refreshments. There will be locally produced honey and produce for sale.
During the event Lord and Lady Apple will put the trees to sleep for the winter, with the help of the children.
Visitors should follow the signs from the Stable Block to the orchard on the day.
