What is Meditation?
Meditation is an ancient technique which is used for physical and mental relaxation as well as for personal and spiritual growth. We can Meditate by using simple method of calming our mind by sitting quietly, keeping the mind alert, focused and concentrated while the body is totally relaxed. Meditation is the practice of being aware of what we do while we are doing it by paying full attention.
 
Benefits of Meditation:
Meditation can help to realise and develop an inner peacefulness. It can calm the emotions by creating space between your thoughts leading to clarity of mind. It will help to cope with stress in your daily life and it can help to see your problems more clearly. Meditation can help concentration and self discipline. People who meditate regularly tend to sleep better. 

We are organising Meditation days at Holistic Yoga Centre on :
Sunday 25th March 2018 &
Saturday 14th April 2018 
 
During the day we will focus on different Yoga meditation techniques. We will practice Yogic breathing techniques for improving natural health, vitality and improving respiration generally, followed by the concentrative and meditative techniques designed to develop and sustain a regular meditation practice.
 
Programme will start at 10:00am stopping for 1 hour Lunch along with Tea and refreshment breaks morning and afternoon. Home-cooked Vegetarian Nepali meal will be served for lunch. Programme finishes at 4pm.
 
Price £34.00 per person (includes Vegetarian meal + Tea refreshments)
