HANDS, FACE, SPACE

When visiting Ipswich, it's important that you're following the latest social distancing guidance to help keep yourself, your loved ones and the rest of the community safe and healthy.

  • Wash your hands regularly or use hand sanitiser
  • Wear a face covering in shops, shopping centres, public transport and any other business that asks you to
  • Stay apart from people not from your household, atleast 1m but ideally 2m
  • Track & Trace, some businesses will need to take your details as part of the NHS Track & Trace system

10pm closing time

Following the most recent Government guidance, all pubs, bars, restaurants and hospitality venues must close to the public at 10pm. When visiting a food or drink business in Ipswich, be aware that serving times may be earlier to allow for the 10pm closure.

  • Order as soon possible to ensure you get served in plenty of time
  • Be prepared for reduced capacity to allow for social distancing
  • Be kind to waiting staff
